Volkswagen of Windsor is committed to servicing your automotive needs throughout this unprecedented pandemic.  The health & safety of our team members, customers and community remains the utmost importance to all of us.  We are permitted to operate as “essential service” and are taking steps to ensure our staff and you our customer remain safe.

We have adjusted our operating hours  for Service Monday thru Friday 8-5.  Sales department Monday thru Thursday 9-6, Friday 9-5, Saturday 9-4.  We will be OPEN to provide repair and maintenance services, Parts department is functioning and our Sales Department will be open online and would be happy to schedule appointments and/or assist you by phone.

During this time, we will be operating with less staff and are making some changes to procedures to adhere to the social distancing mandate:

Shuttle Service – Our shuttle service will no longer be available until further notice.

Night Drop Off – It would be preferred if you can make arrangements to drop your vehicle the night before your appointment utilizing our Night Drop Box located at the front of the store.  Lock your vehicle, we will contact you when the services are completed.
